Verlangen is a double bill of two tango dance theatre pieces of the Argentinean choreographer Ezequiel Sanucci. The
double bill will premiere in 2013. In this studio project one of the two representations will be developed: Cabeceame.
Cabeceame is a tradition, a ritual of tango salons, an invitation to dance, to meet, to travel together, dreaming
together. The desire for a new meeting. An imaginative and surreal tango journey through the streets of Buenos Aires.
It's about two people, who if they dance together, dream together.
This performance is an informal presentation of the research project, Verlangen will premiere in 2013.

Tango Danstheater / Ezequiel Sanucci is looking for their new production ‘Mi Buenos Aires Perdido’ for:
Professional dancers and stagiairs (M/F), with high level of Argentinian Tango and contemporary dance. Knowledge
in ballet, contact improvisation, partnering and acting are also a plus.
The Argentinian choreographer Ezequiel Sanucci created his own dance style that fusions tango with contemporary
dance. This new piece is produced by Dansmakers Amsterdam and will have live musians and video.
Working period: From March till end May 2013 in Amsterdam. Probably followed by a tour in 2013/14.
Application by email attaching a CV, picture and if possible a video link. Please specify with whom you studied
tango and since when are you dancing it.
Participation only by invitation after CV's selection. Dancers who don’t dance both techniques (tango and contemporary
dance) will not be invited.

There will be an average of 2/3 workshops, and 2 classes each day (except on the saturday) and 2 jam/milonga every
day to choose from (one Queer Tango style and one Contact Improvisation style).
There are 3 dancing spaces in Ponderosa!
